British game developer Reality has released Landlord Go, an augmented reality game that hit #1 on Google Play's rankings last month.

  • The game takes elements of Monopoly & Pokemon Go where players can buy shares of virtual versions of real buildings in their cities.

  • Property values are based on real data that changes over time.

  • Players collect rent, visit other properties and trade their shares of buildings.

  • Reality says based on latest figures that there are around 350,000 players in the United States and over 1M worldwide.

  • Cities include London, Washington D.C. and Los Angeles.
